Action Air Parachutes was founded in 1984 by Owner/President Ray Ferrell. We have been serving as Northern California's premiere skydiving proshop and rigging facility for over 25 years.

Ray has been a major advocate for the use of RSL's for many years. In fact, his aftermarket design was approved by the FAA and can be fitted onto any rig.

Along with his business partner, Phil Esdaile, Ray recognized that planes used for skydiving had many inherent flaws. This all changed with the PAC 750XL, the first plane designed specifically with skydiving in mind.

Whether you need a new or used rig, a FliteSuit Jumpsuit, a new helmet, or you just want to have a look around the store, we encourage you to come out and visit us. Before you jump, make sure you have the best! AAP is located on the North End of the Yolo County Airport. We are open 8AM-Sunset Monday-Friday and 9AM-Sunset Saturday and Sunday.
